now i completely understand as you had me a bit perplexed and i do know of the planning you had put into it .when i saw the tank on the stand i first thought oops ,but had to ask as you had to have something bigger and better and it happens to be a bigger tank . i cant wait till its delivered and again if you need hands get ahold of me as i already gave you my number or you can pm me no problem .very, very nice !
thanks for the offer again dave, i will probably have to call you up again as the new tank has thicker glass and is bigger so its is going to be heavy!!
btw dave, i am looking for 4-6 40gal breaders, i know you have tons of tanks, you happen to have a few?
Wow...Looks like we're going to need to have a mini-Rochester reef crawl to see yours and Der_Wille's tanks...
i would love to host a reef crawl but to be honest it will be some long time before this tank sees water, and i still have to learn how to grow sps like many in URS, quite frankly, i am embrassed posting our current tank in the FTS thread, but i do agree, lets go see Der_Wille's tanks!
That would be a lotta driving in one day. I'm a good 2 hours away from Rochester - more in the Syracuse area, really. But I'd totally drive to Rochester to see this setup.
hey i live in syracuse too! when can we come by?!!

i want to learn how to make a plywood sump

actually i have to learn how to cut plywood straight first :hammer:
talked to derek today, they are almost done with the overflow, learn from him that someone beat me to using vortechs on the bottom glass pane

apparently theres a thread about it, gota find it!
got a 4box shipment from BRS today, will take some pictures when we get home, those labelled large reactors are really freakin large!!
