Dude, this house is the best b-day present I could ever ask for! My tank is going to be even easier to maintain with a sump in the basement. I'm so stoked!

Why not get a LARGER tank for upstairs and use the 92 as a refugium/seahorse tank in the basement as the focal point of your wet bar, pool room, home theater??

You're right man. I drive the Saturn because we bank every dime we can. We've been saving for this house for years now and it's finally a reality. Yet, my wife has a $30k minivan. I know, it's for the kids, but I do miss driving my BMW's.
