A question about venting

I am currently in the process of remodeling/setting up a new system. I had a question about venting. I have a cavity that is 8' long, 25" wide and 3' high above the new 210 tank. I will need to vent this opening. I would love to add the humidity to my home, I live in Northern Nevada where there is minimal humidity. Would I be better served to vent outside instead? Also, I was planning on using a bathroom vent fan, has anyone tried anything better or quieter for venting?

Depending upon configuration, you could simply take advantage if convection and install a passive vent at the top of the cavity. Otherwise I have used electronics cabinet fans. A little more expensive, but quiet and cheap to run.

simply add a few 12v computer type fans blowing in with exhaust vent openings to allow the moist air to come back into the room.
You can size the CFM rating just like you would with a bathroom fan (8 air changes per hour)
