Did you figure out the hinges? When I was doing mine the builder found these they are a bit of a pain to install but if you can make the math work (we needed two sets given the height and weight of my door) but I can just open the door to whatever height I want and it stays there till I shut it. 100 degrees opening too which is nice.

I have the Aventos HL hinges on one tank. Blum makes some seriously good hinges. We also have their hinges on all our cabinetry in our house. They are the best.

Reeflo Dart pump, 1.5" return line to 12 returns and a total of 18 jets. The though was to have many flow points to create enough randomness that PHs would not be needed. It did not work out so well, as 3000/18=16 GPH per outlet. So I ended up with a ton of low pressure flow that isn't really focused well at all. If I had it to do over, I would use those venturi thingys. Eductors, that's what they're called.
But, with the BeanAnimal overflow, 3000 GPH dead silent. so I got that right. Plus the corals seem to love it. All easy ones though. That's a pretty early on pic, but the only ones I had of the hinges.

I've been looking at multiple hinges and really like the Aventos. I'm not familiar with these, what's the "power factor" mean and what's that translate to in pounds so I know for the weight of the cabinet.

Worked on the Sketchup design of filter sock tray, have made a couple modifications and trying to get the order in today so I can get this rolling!
Added float switch place as well as a way to channel to flow directly into the socks.

I really like the idea of the float switch. You'll be able to use it to sense dirty socks (personally I put on fresh pair at less once a day :rollface
