Wow. Is this A. tenuis Andrew?
According to Photobucket, here, I have until December 2018 to upgrade to the 500 package.
Not worth paying for that until that day comes.. I probably will pay.. I have too many photos to try to repopulate my thread another way... it's a lot of money..
Then again, I would pay that much for the last couple of corals Andrew has posted, so I guess it's all relative.
Don't worry, yellow hoop will soon dissolve under Daves intense lighting
I hope Photobucket will not trick me and honour their email they sent me two days ago.

Hi,
it would be nice if you post an update on what, how and when of the products that you are using. Amazing coral!!
regards

Consider exporting them out now and transferring to a free provider (postimage.org perhaps?)
Although I get it will break the links on your pages here :hmm3:
Mmmmm.. I feel dirty...
And it feels soooooo good....
Post post post, Andrew!
That right side is looking good Andrew! A pic from a little lower angle and zoomed in would look like an acro forest Can you pinpoint what is helping you hold the nice reds you currently have going on?
And what gyre mode is that Andrew? [emoji6]
The latest photo looks lovely Andrew. I hate clowns by the way.
The clown hates it when i'm in one of these moods........
Love it..
I've been considering tossing some borax into my tank but I haven't taken the plunge yet..
Why did you stop the boron? Were you using AF?
Beautiful!
Brilliant man really enjoying that green plate. Looks to be trying to crawl out of frame so not to ruin the amazing display of acros.
Thanks for the quick response Andrew. The new "forest" pic is great, thanks. I think I'm on the cusp of turning the corner towards good things with my acros but still struggle with reds being "true" reds and not muddy, ugly red/browns. So I'll just keep working on it and maybe later add some tweeking elements. I appreciate your sharing and honesty. Happy Reefing my friend!
Good stuff Andrew! You've probably covered this already, but do those blue polyps aggravate your acros at all?
Hey Scott, just take it slow mate and things won't go pear shaped on you i'm sure
Thanks Conor, yes they are stopping the acros from encrusting so i'm going to do as someone suggested a while back and poison the whole lot of them with a tank treatment. I'm certain they are contributing to the slow growth on some of the older happy looking acros that are swamped at the base with polyps overhanging them all day to shade the growing edges - $%#@$# flubber !
Now, Dave sent pieces of my fireworks, Spooky Mike and Bulent's Bliss to Chris at Sustainable Reef's to grow out, frag and send overseas down the track so Mike and Bulent might one day be able to get hold of their own acros in person - that's the plan anyway
I lost my colony of Matt's Madness ages ago and have finally chosen the replacement.
