just a simple question that i hope theres a simple awnser too:lol2:

thanks

My purple haze monti will reseed when my alk is off, and my Meteor shower looses color If anything is not in check. Monti Nadosa can be picky with the alk too.

Coralline is a nice sign of things for me, and so seems an octo my blue ridge coral; although its very hardy, when its all fuzzy everything else seems happy, and likewise it seems as if its the first to show things are off when it skins over and gets all shiny.

There's a thread out there...something about "Canary Corals" if you can find it or if someone already has it bookmarked.

I think GSP was salinity, birdsnest was potassium, montipora was alkalinity, I forget the others. :(

Dude! *** you can't just dangle nuggets like this out there.
This thread must be found. Don't you understand LIVES ARE AT RISK AT THIS VERY MOMENT! :worried:

I am horrible at testing everyweek but this thread is going to help understand what the Corals want. Tagging along for sure

It seems like my caps brown and fade when my alk gets low. Xenia is great for alk and ph if it is low xenia will stop pulsing, it slows as ph and alk drop. Fast growth of xenia can also indicate good level of iodine. My green/tubs birds nest is only green when tank is very stable, looked the best when I had my ro top off. Slowing growth of sps while parameters are good can indicate time for replacing bulbs.
