About order 142208A

Hi Guys,

I placed an order (142208A) online and got the package last Thursday. I just found out that I did not received the 4 media bags I also ordered. It's on the receipt coming with the box, but I could only find 1 400W Radium SE bulb, 2 10LB Gen-X media, 1 bottle of Kent Marine Reef Carbon in the box.

Sorry, I don't get to check this forum all the time, I apologize. It looks like the bags were marked as shipped, so if they were not in there the only thing I can think of is that they were left out by mistake, I"m sorry. I will have these reshipped out the door for you today.
