Acan question

I have found several conflicting pieces of information regarding competition between Acan lords. Some sources say multiple colonies can be grouped near each-other similar to a zoa garden (which is what I want to do) and other sources say they will nuke each-other with their mesenteric fibers. Anyone know? Does anyone have experience with their Acans grouped together?

I have three pieces. Two are well on their way to being small colonies (around 12-15 mouths or heads) and one fairly new frag about 4 heads. Each of them has at one time or another touched the other two. I keep them pretty close to one another due to limited space.

I think Acan lords are fine together. I think Lords and Echinata may be a different story though.

Thanks Rush... They are all lords, so I guess I will try and keep a close eye on things. Anyone else? Anyone have a bad experience?

Check this thread. Seems this guy had no problems with putting acan lords in close proximity to other acan lords.
