Acans!

I'm an sps guy. Love those brightly colored twigs. However, the photographer in me is becoming enamored with lumpy colorful lps like acans and chalices. I picked up 2 acans from Jason that I think are pretty sweet. Yesterday I walked by the tank and my acans were doing some kind of neon electric nuclear (not nuculer!) get out your sunglasses check out that color thing. I had to get the camera out. By the time I finished disturbing the tank moving things around to shoot them they were a bit deflated and pouting. They still put on a good show though. Believe it or not, I did not make any color adjustments in these shots.

Great pictures! I have also been on a bit of an acan photo kick lately. I don't have a macro lense or macro setting on my digital cameras so I can't get the really really great shots like you have here but I try. Very nice.
