Achilles or Desjardini Tang?

I am upgrading to a 200 gallon tank and I would like 1 tang. It would be living with a few Angels and a copperband butterfly. I would be happy with either an Achilles or Desjardini, that is if my tank is large enough. All input is appreciated. thanks!

I think overall, a desjardini will be the more practical option. Despite being larger in size than the achilles, they will be far more content in the more average sized tank (like your 200g). They're typically much hardier, less aggressive and better at controlling various pesky algae than the achilles too. Both are gorgeous fish, but my vote is for the desjardini

+1 i agree with this but a Desjardini will get much larger than a AT. If you provide the right tank mates and add the AT as a juv or small as opposed to large it will make for a much better fish all around. Your tank size s the main factor

Thank you Dmorty217. If a 200g is too small then there are other fish I will consider. I've always wanted one of these two tangs, but only if I can provide them with the space they need. The white tail bristle tooth tangs are also very tempting and I know they stay smaller.
