Kick Ich is snake oil. Don't waste your money on it. Now that you've got Ich in your display, purists would say that the best solution would be to QT and treat all of your fish. They'd also tell you that you need to keep your display fishless for 6-8 weeks to work through the life cycle of the parasite. This is a real pain in the arse. I've been in your shoes a long time ago and I went the purist route. Now, I'm older and wiser (probably lazier) and if I had it to do over again, I would run my UV and ease as much of the stress on the fish as I could. I'd overfeed a little bit until it gets settled in. I'd make sure it has a reasonable hiding spots, keep my water quality up, that sort of thing. There are many reefers who keep Tangs who accept a low grade infection in their system and treat it homeopathically when it flares up. We're talking about feeding and garlic, that sort of thing. I'm not suggesting that you don't treat a fish that is really suffering in QT with hyposalinity or medications, but one that has a few spots I'd tolerate. You may see it come and go with changes in your system, deteriorating water quality, the addition of a new fish, etc. But as long as it is just smoldering I'd sit tight.
