Hi,
How do I program using a dimmer lamp module to vary the intensity for my Max Jet pumps? Or even my DC sump fans?

I don't think you can do this with an X10 lamp module. The lamp modules are designed to work with AC incandescent lamps only. To get the dimming effect, they chop out parts of the 60hz AC waveform. Most equipment can't handle this and you will most likely melt down either the module or your piece of equipment if you use them with anything other than an incandescent bulb.

karma is right. You CANNOT use a lamp dimmer on anything but an incandescent lamp.

So are there any modules that can control the speed of a pump or at least do a soft start?
