Acro Bleaching

My tank has been so good for so long, All my lps are growing like crazy, Zenias and stars growing well everyone happy for 5 months so I decided to try my frist acro. Its been in there for 4 days and its starting to bleach from the base up and then the tips in today. It is in moderate to high flow, 3 inchs from water surface, I have 3 250 watt MHs and 2 96 watt Blue PCs and 2 96 watt 10K PCs. All other chemistry checks out. calcium 350-400 I add a tablespoon of baking soda every night to keep alk right around 2.5 to 3.0 ph 8.2, no amonia nitrite trate.

Any ideas? The tank it came from had 4 400 watt MHs so I don't think its getting burnt??

Putting it that close to lights its not used to, even though it was under 400's can do it. I usually put my new acros in the lower part of my tank for about a week or so. Then I move them up. I've seen thats the way to acclimate by a lot of people on here.

So then if its totally white and crispy I guess Its to late? I was so worried about screwing up with it I thought it would need the high lights and flow right away. What a bummer!!! Thanks anyway
