OH man, a million different ways to respond to that one. I shall continue, as I always do, to window shop your photos. Makes me miss my reef even more :(

note that I have a hanging light fixture.
this means water returns are located INSIDE my aquarium (see 'em?)

how 'bout them overflows.... they hardly take up any real estate!

the icing on the cake: there's an MP60 sandwiched between those two drains at top left.

It don't get much cleaner than this!

I do have a little bit of Special Grade Seafloor in there...
mostly for some of my wrasses to sleep in.

I have a remote DSB in my sump.

I was getting more spray than I wanted until last weekend when I lowered the MP60 a little bit. Now it's acceptable. The bottom of the light fixture is about 6" above the water and protected with glass. I'll still probably have to clean the glass once a month.

I do have LPS in my aquarium but there are certain LPS I wouldn't trust with an Angelfish.

josepha- I know you were kidding around (winking smilie) but in all seriousness I don't believe my aquarium is too small for any of the fishes I currently have.

So what kind of LPS do you have? And what kind wouldn't you trust em with ?
I have Torches, Hammers, Frog-spawn and Anemones highly unlikely they would survive with that predator :(

I have torches, hammers, chalices, Goniopora, Duncans as well as "non LPS" Gorgonians, anemones, Zoanthids, Corallimorphs ("shrooms") etc.

I would not trust Cynarina or Scolymia with any Angelfish.

My Powder Blue is the most destructive fish in my aquarium.

thanks, Henry.
Obviously, pictures can only show so much. The glow is much better in person around 9PM with all the lights off in the house :)

How come? Is he eating things or knocking them around? Aren't they primarily herbivores? I have zero experience with any tangs and I'm curious.

Beautiful shot as usual. You too victorcan!
