I have a 2G hex aquarium with a number of mini-maxi anemones living in it on a small scape of rock, along with a pep-shrimp, a porcelain crab, and a small clump of chaeto...
I have been running an LED lightbulb in the 10000k range over it for 8 hours each day, and everything seems to be working well, but I recently got a new lightbulb all in actinic blue...it looks great and makes the nems pop!
I was wondering about switching to the actinic light only (for a while anyway), and wondered about what effect the change in wavelength would have on the tank inhabitants...any help that you can give me would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jamie
