Adding a wavebox to a 120gal be too much

I have an All-Glass 120 with a Tunze 6100 and 6000 already. Would adding the wavebox be too much for a 4ft tank?

Both powerheads are in the back corners of the tank by the overflows facing towards the middle front glass. I do not have room to place them on the side glass without moving the rock work and corals.

thanks

The wavebox has to be on the side, it won't work any other way. I am using it on a 75. If you mean will it take up too much space- possibly, it is 5" square and 11" tall. If you mean will it make to much flow- no.

The question was related to flow, wasnt sure if the 6100&6000 i have would be counter productive of the benefits of the wavebox with all being used at the same time.

Ideally the wavebox is used with Streams. The best utilization is that the wavebox runs while the Stream on it's side runs and then it is off while the opposite stream runs and this is done at 6hr intervals.

ok, thanks....i like the effects from it. Something to think about!

One last question, you say it needs to be on the side, can it be anyplace on the side or does it need to be in the middle of the side?

On a 24" wide tank it can be anywhere on the ends. Wider tanks it has to be centered slightly.
