When I was breeding clownfish in the 90s I've put a H. magnifica into my larva tank with 3 weeks old ocellaris and it took only minutes until all (at least 400) where in the anemone.
I have seen a picture of an at most one week old larva in an anemone. I would say as soon as they develop the head band they will definitely go into an anemone (as long as it is one of their natural hosts)
