adding fish - any thoughts

Springeri Dottyback? If you add him last shouldn't be too bad, plus get some great color and activity. Another option yellow assessor?

Pseudochromis sankeyi (striped dottyback) seems to be an active fish, and you could add a few of them, as long as it's at the same time. If you're not against hybrid fish, the indigo dottyback seems to be another fish that's active and can be added in groups.

Apogon compressus (ochre striped cardinal fish) is another schooling fish, but they do seem to be more active in the evening/night.

Ptereleotris zebra (zebra dartfish) also do well in schools, but they do need a sandbed and can be jumpers.

I LOVE the yellow assessors. Unfortunately too expensive to get a couple.

The Springeri and sankeyi looks like it might be an option, though I'm concerned about the aggressiveness. I really like the Springeri!

The cardinals look great, though i was looking for something more active.

good call on the dartfish, lack of sand bed like you mentioned is an issue.

Excellent suggestions! thanks!

Order some of the money wrasse online w a 14 guarantee? -- yeah, unfortunately I have yet to find an LFS that will offer that guarantee. One of my friends had to take them up on a guarantee and they were great about it.

your list is great but im just a tad concerned with the labouti as they can be very skiddish and hurt themselves bouncing around in the tank when people walk by

they are plentiful so you can get a few ! naw you just need to cover the tank and you can get the netting from BRS and the framework parts from lowes . you will have ubder $40 in the whole deal

i just passed on the labouti and opted for a kutier ,gotta come check em out !
maybe a trio of rainford gobies or even hectors ?pascal i would wait for something simple but not typical ,gimmie some time ?
