Adding red and green leds

An update.
I ordered some cyan and lime. It took a few trys but I think I'm there. It takes 7 to cover a 6' tank well.
If you look at pics from before there is a center row of leds with RB leds on each side. I pulled 7 rb leds and added cyan. They are wired with 7 rb leds, these I have at 70%. I took out 7 blue leds that are shared with the other bank and added lime. I'm playing with it a little but 40% is good.
With just adding the cyan to the mix really helped. I was pretty happy with them but adding the lime brought out the yellows and made it look brighter and look "white". My NW leds always looked orange ish. Now look white.
I would share some pics but have a major algae bloom happening, started a couple of weeks ago.

For those that are keeping count.
Per bank, 24 cree RB 90%, 7 philips rb 90%, 7 philips cyan 70%, 7 philips lime 40%, 7 NW 60%.
There are two of these banks with 2 4' t5 actinic plus in the middle.

I despise the NW look, but sadly it's a necessity. Hopefully soon you can get us an updated FTS with the lights on to see if there is visually a difference through a camera lens.

I was trying to take a pic of my quoyi parrotfish but he is being shy. Before you could hardly see the green and the fish looked washed out in color. Now you can fully see all the colors.

I think you're going to love the lime LEDs. I took out half of my neutral whites and replaced them with lime. I'm probably going to remove the neutral white all together to see what it's like. I, too, hate the look of neutral white LEDs. The lime gives it a much more natural look.
