advice for separating clownfish/anomone during fallow

I have a new Achilles tang that was QT with TTM but has ich a few days after I put in my display tank. I'm planning on going fallow but not sure what to do about my two clownfishes and the anemone it is hosting in.

The clownfish are laying eggs so they are doing well and I would hate to split them. Actually, all my current fishes do not show any signs of ich. The tank has been running for about 3 years.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Without going fallow the tank will always have ich. The only option you have is to leave the anemone and take the clowns/all other fish out for 76 days
