After 1 week

my vortech just shut down so i pulled of the wet side to give it a look and this is what happed after a week what could have caused this luckely my LFS had extra wetsides in stock so they just gave me one am i doing something wrong

I have seen wetside magnets go bad quickly but I have never seen this after one week. I think perhaps another part may have broken and the magnet was rubbing against the wet frame cover. Regardless, contact us at service@ecotechmarine.com and we'll get you fixed up right away.

I gave my wetside to my LFS when they game me a new one should i just have them contact you if they havent already or do you want me to get it back from them
