Aggression between two Blue Star Leopard Wrasses and what to do about it

I have had these two Blue Star's for about two months. They used to get along fine but one has started to become aggressive and its pinning the other against the corner of the tank alot. If the aggressive one is becoming a male, is it normal for it to be so aggressive toward the female? Would adding more females help the situation? Is it possible that both are already males?
