Aggressive Tomatos

My pair of tomato clowns are being super aggressive to most tank mates. So far they have gone after my melanarus wrasse, damsel and even mortally wounded my indigo hamlet. They have nothing to host in and as far as I can tell they don't have any eggs anywhere. The tank is a standard 125 with plenty of hiding.
My question is why?

The fish they keep going after are on the right side mostly, while the clowns are all over but their "spot" is the left side. What can I do to get them to stop picking on the others?

Changing the rockwork might work temporarily, but as far as I know, there is no way to end the agression long term. They are territorial and agressive, all clowns are, but from what I hear, tomatoes are some of the worst offenders.

Wouldn't be much different. Clowns in general are territorial. Maybbbe you'll have better luck with stuff like Occys, but yeah.

Because they have no anemone (or suitable surrogate) to call their home they are going everywhere. If you give them and anemone or something else they can call home (those red ceramic flower pots have always worked best for me) they should stop being all over the place all the time.
For these guys I would get a bubble anemone.
