We will be shipping in waves; some testers may receive their Director sooner than others. Shipping will begin at the end of the month.

Idk. Seems they made it clear it wouldn't ship immediately. It is beta testing. Delays should be expected.

I got the same email, and I am fine waiting a bit longer as it indicates they are correcting more issues prior to our testing.

Ordered mine. I think the email they sent out today means that they will charge your card immediately. Typically future orders do no get processed until the item is shipped.

I agree with Jerpa, I'm not surprised it was pretty clear they weren't shipping right away. I'm sure there will be some bugs with everything after all it is a Beta. Luckily I'm confident they will be quick to fix them like with the wireless controller.

Im stoked in a few weeks Ill be able to able to program multiple tanks with the same director! Cant wait for the iOS app too!

I was also lucky enough to be chosen. I ordered it within 5 minutes of getting the email. I'm dying waiting to get mine. I really want to start playing with it. The guys at AI are great and I'm sure they'll be shipping as soon as possible.
