Orcus, is there anyway you can post a few screenshots of the settings for each group?

I have the original Hydra's and am trying to replicate the setting with respiration breaks but even editing the files and trying do the conversion math to the older programs is proving difficult. if you could send a screen shots of a color from each group (so it seems, UV/V and B/DB and R/G/CW are grouped) it would make the whole process easier.

Thank you!

I made my own mounts for the two Hydra's I have. Cost under $50 only because I wanted it fully adjustable for both side to side adjustment and height. Just need 1/2" EMT conduit and brackets. And if you wanted to be able to position it anywhere from side to side you need a length of T-Slotted Extrusion. I can post pics if you want.

thanks. I got the dimensions from AI support. attached is the picture they sent me.

Hi All,

I'm looking for opinions on the light settings I have chosen. Screenshot attached.
I have 2 hydra twentysix hd lights on my tank.
I just set it up today and the amount of variations is too much.

My tank is the RSM reefer 450L (118 gallon)

Many thanks

Been really busy this week I will put something together for you this weekend. Also, I'll upload my settings from an original Ai Prime. Not sure if these will work with director but it's worth a shot. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Happy reefing!

Not sure what you mean by too much variation but if you want to try some settings that many of us have found to be successful upload the file below to your lights. This has to be done via the myAI.com website on a pc or mac. Let us know if you have anymore questions and welcome to the ai thread you ended up with some awesome lights!!!!! https://1drv.ms/u/s!Akco_cmvvLNrgZhvhMItJgGOhOTNVg

Thanks, yes i was excited. I'm sure my fish and corals will love it.

By variations I meant all the choices for each colour. I have no idea what percentages to pick.

Upload the file I posted in my last post to your lights. It is a preset for the lights with everything preprogrammed. This is what the schedule looks like.

Orco thank you for the screen shot and files. I have taken what you posted and converted to work with the original Hydras and director. I am going to start using them today and see how it goes. File is attached, just change the extension to .aip

No problem man looks close enough!! Just watch your corals for over illumination as it looks like you running 12 hrs total with a 10hr peak photo period. I have mine set up as 11hrs total with a 7 hr peak photoperiod as I noticed stuff looking a bit off at then end of the day when I was running my lights at peak intensity for more then 7ish hours. Happy reefing and glad I can help!!!! Also, picked up this beaties over the past couple of weeks can't wait to see how they do!!!!! IMG_0941.jpgIMG_0945.jpgIMG_0948.jpgIMG_0950.jpg

Excellent. Nice work as that what I needed also for my non-HD Hydra's

I see your settings are peaking at 80%. Can I ask what the depth is of your tank? Mine is only 12" so I'm wondering if this will still work or I should scale it back some.

Oohnoo, I have two standard Hydras over a 40 breeder. So 18" deep I think. I have taken PAR readings at varrying intensities with the Hydras and will post the file tomorrow

Thanks that would be helpful.
I'm finally setting up my InnovativeMarine 30L tank which is 35.43" x 15" x 11 high. I'll have two Hydra 26's which I was thinking setting for a 12" height

Can someone repost the 12" program that will work on the Hydra52 NON HD. I can not load the files attached in the previous posts. My director states its incompatable
