Raise the lights McGee don't turn them down. Mine are 14" above the water and 30 to sand bed. Tanks 17" deep

thanks I will give it a try, I think the damage is done now but it will not hurt to raise the light some more.

Is that a screen over the tank? is that shading the corals? Maybe that's what I should do!

Yes its a screen for jumpers, it is clear nylon but it was just installed a few nights ago. No coral bleaching but for the first few months I never went over 75% on blues and 45 on whites. Now I am at 35% on whites and 20% on red and green.

My Wife like's the tank White so I am running 60% whites and 50% blues maybe to much whites?

I would definitely say too much white. Maybe 45% or less and tell her it's for the good of the corals, after a few days she won't even notice.

You are shooting for 420-450nm for coral growth. You should see it in the graph

I would start bumping up UV and violet up to 75-80% over the next few weeks.
