Do any of you have problems with the iPad app crashing. I am using the director and every other time i try to manually control the light the iPad app crashes.

I have not experience that issue.

Speaking of apps, anyone heard anything about a release date for the android app?

it's really all up to your corals, everyone's settings here are close but there are probably not two people with identical settings, read through the thread and you will find peoples similar settings for certain colors which might help

+1. watch out for your corals grow and the configuration that give out the best results.

Im gonna be ramping the Blues 2% per week and the whites, reds, greens and UV 1%

Would This be OK?

I did my first ramp up today, 2% on the Blues and 1% on the whites"¦ All the corals seemed to like it, polyp extension is as usual, but BTA like it, its very inflated!!!

Nevermind. Right after I posted that it looks like the just put out another update to fix it. AI is on the ball.

well i just rebooted it from my phone, so i didn't have to walk to it and unplug it.

Sometimes it acts crazy or if it is not seeing an update.

I was actually just thinking about that. The way it all slides together it would have to be a pretty tough coating to keep from scraping away when putting it back together. AI makes black rails and you can buy black 80/20...but all together it would have run me about $40 more. All together I already have ~$100 in it between the EXT rail, 80/20, screws, and mount. In hindsight I kind of wish I would have done that.

Lol just unscrew the lights, tape the legs and paint the rails with plastidip, if you don't like it peel it off...lol
