AI Hydra Settings Thread

Just to let you all know,My reds and greens are at 30 %. They will be at 70% with the rest of my leds.So far,acros are loving it.I will keep you posted the results. Although my cw is only at 50%.But plan on climbing to 65%.

Good to hear, just continue to take it slow.
 
Anyway to increase the blueness? I have my hydras (regular, not 52) with blues and violet up and white on about 30 and it's still a little white for me.... any other color to adjust?

During the day make sure you see all 4 blues on on the outside pucks
 
Looks like royal blue isn't working or something... if I turn everything else down and royal on 100% it's dark... great.. I bought these used...

both lights the same? Any chance this is a setting or something and not two broke lights?

Lol I would ask that because my royal blues burned out and that is how you check. You have nothing to lose by calling support and seeing if they can send a replacement, otherwise the replacement pucks are 50.00 on their site.

Well that sucks... but is certainly the case... what angle would you take when calling them? Any chance at all the send replacement parts?

If not, what part do I need... I don't see on the site
 
Just tell them the truth and hope for the best, if not try going from your PC to the site, I cant see the rest of the parts pages from my phone but when I saw them I was on my PC.

Is this a common issue? I mean both of mine are out... must be something they are aware of

Not sure how common but a pair of mine were out but we're under warranty, I think the LED's might be different because they were much much bluer than the originals.
