My lights start ramping up at the end of sunrise sunset cycle which is 7:30 am I think, then they ramp up to their max settings right around 10:30 am and hold until 4 PM more or less.

So at 4pm is your lunar mode you just ramp down 3hrs to get there correct? So you run a 12hr light cycle

What? No... The director has sunrise, sunset and lunar. Lunar is 10 PM to 7 am I think, then sunrise kicks in, you know just like on our planet... Lol, then from 7am to 10 am lights ramp up to max and stay there until around 4 PM, then start ramping down. Rinse and repeat.

Oh ok got cha. I don't have a director. I only have the wireless controller thus no sunrise/set. So I'm trying to see how Is the best way to replicate your setting with just my WC

Just to add to my post about Red, Green, Violet and UV making up a small part here is the summary table from a brief study I did a while back.

As you can see, those channels are already down powered compared to the white and blue channels. There really is no reason for concern to power them up some.

Wazzel do you have a specific UV meter? i do not think UV is accurately picked up by PAR meters since most measure visible light. my guess is those UV numbers should be anywhere from 10-20% higher.

I do not have a UV meter and the wave lengths of the UV diodes is near the lower limit on the meter. So it could be more, but even 100% more would still be small when compared to the white and blue channels.

Something else to consider is the UV diodes produce around 400nm light, (I think the range is 380-420nm) which is the upper end of what is considered UV spectrum (400nm and below). From my understanding it is not the same wave lengths, or even close to the wave lengths the sun produces that give you sunburn or that we need to worry about for corals.

I run my UV at 90% and do not have any issues.

After switching to Hydra 52's and seeing good growth but inaccurate or poor coloration, I adjusted my intensities until I started seeing colors deepen or evolve into new colors. This is my current setup for Hydra 52's on a 24" deep tank and 8 1/2" AWL.

Your whites are only at 20? I really like this setting but I bumped whites to 40 and really liking the colors.

Glad to hear!, and yes I prefer a bluer tank and am at 20%, I may go as high as 25

There is no one group of setting that are the only ones that will work. I run mine really bright across the board and it works, others run them dimmer and it works.

also, I am running Hydra 52's now which have 16 whites instead of 4.

I have 6 hydra 52 on my 5' tank and I can't go any higher than 60% @ 14k setting or everything starts to lose color. I've tried just raising 2% and leave it for a couple weeks and I start losing color. So I'm maxed out I guess and growth is ok but will get better if I stop messing with it.
