Alarm going off. My pump does not work. (new style 6100)

The alarm is sounding and the pump don't work. What do I do?

How old is the pump? If the pump is brand new, pull the impeller out, check the push ring on the motor block making sure it is not slipping out due to shipping. Sometime the alarm went off due to air pocket inside the impeller housing. If you have another tunze 6100 at home, swap the impeller. Work great for me

If your pump is old and you have not clean them for a long time.. check the sticky above for cleaning procedure. Good luck

When the alarm sound, not necessary the driver is bad. By the way, I need MORE information than whatever you wrote above

If the pump is older than a few months it could be fouled with calcium deposits, in certain conditions this can happen faster. If it is new, most likely there is some problem with the motor or drive unit. It could be a loos part or cracked magnet or a bad motor.

It looks clean. The impeller works in the other stream I have. What do I do its still not working. Should I send it to you.
