Aliens in my tank

i was looking at my empty-cycling-tank last night lit by LED moonlights and i saw this tiny tiny white creatures on the glass, they are very fine, like iodized salt fine; i cant see their feet but i know they have it cause they are walking/running all over the the glass.

I'm wondering how they got there, i had 35# of dry rock and 40# of dry sand, i also put 1 cup of established sand from my LFS.

during the first few days of the cycle i put a fresh peeled shrimp that has since disintegrated and disappeared. I have also been dropping a couple flakes of fish food every few days.

currently i'm on my 2nd week of cycling.
my parameters are as follows:
temp 79
ammonia .25
nitrite 0
nitrate 0
salinity 1.026
SG 35
no skimmer
40B
20L sump
been using ro/di to top off and i used NSW from about chest deep to fill up the tank and the sump.

I would assume they're copeods, probably came in with the NSW and/or sand. Very healthy sign and great food for smaller fish.

This one?
Then harmless good Copepods
