Is it possible or acceptable to keep an all male seahorse tank? I have a pair of normal colored Erectus and am adding an orange male soon. I don't know of I want the responsibility of rearing babies so I was going to remove my female normal. Is this an option?

Yes, it is an option.
However, DON'T buy the orange male if it cost more than a non coloured one as they almost always change colour and don't stay the same.
Hopefully they aren't in the 16g referred to in your signature.
Also, be sure that any seahorse you add is from the same BREEDING source as the first or you may loose one or both to pathogen problems.
