All my softies are mush within an hour

Of putting them into the tank. I got some mushrooms, some pipe organ and a medium leather coral today. Put them into the tank and within an hour the mushrooms were melted (looks like its just being shredded and pure white now,was neon green). Not sure if the ricordea I picked up with them will make it -its streaming all kinds of nastyness.

The weird thing is I've got 5-6 mushrooms in there already which are doing fine.

Tank is a 20L with 4 T5s. All the corals were put on the bottom (they were all under MH at the LFS, since the tank is so short.

I'm doing a 25% water change now, but even the fish (clowns and dottybacks) are breathing very heavily.

I didn't add any bag water to the tank either - tank has been set up for nearly 6-7 months with fish and aforementioned mushrooms. All params check out.

Any ideas before I call the LFS tomorrow?

Threw out the mushrooms and pipe organ corals - they were beyond gone and fouling the tank. Did a 50% waterchage this morning. The leather coral seems to be fine - even though it is not in the greatest position (urchin keeps knocking him around) polyps are out and retract when I move him back.

Not sure of the ricordea - it was almost pulled into a ball this morning - now at lunch he's out, not happy (might be a bit much flow where he's at). The other mushrooms are fine, but my neon green leather frag that was in there before (other side of tank from the one I put in yesterday) looks bad.

I'll do a full test again tonight when I get home from work, but as posted above, they were fine before the corals went in.

How did you acclimate these corals before putting them in? Really need your params and would also help to know what your LFS's params were that they came from as well but that you would probably have to ask them for at this point.
