Always Cloudy Tank

For this past week my tank has been always cloudy and I really cannot figure out why. Parametres are as follow:

PH-8.2
SG-1.024
TEMP-26C
ALK-3
PO4- <0.1
AMM/NO2-0
NO3- <0.2
CALC-370

I am dosing like always Kalk 24/7, and for these last 3 weeks I have been dosing 1 table spoon of sugar for reducing NO3 that worked great. I know if you overdose with kalk or sugar the tank can be cloudy but I think I am not.. The tank is 180g.

Today I bought some SEACHEM MATRIX CARBON that is very expensive, hopefully it will do the job to clear everything..

Forgot to say that some of the corals, especially the leathers are not opening like always, and are always a bit small and closed. Even the mushrooms are a bit shrinked but the zoanthids are all open.
What you think guys ?

Could it be that the water is super-saturated with calcium and calcium carbonate is starting to precipitate out?

That's what it sounds like to me too. I'd suggest backing off the kalk for a while. At the least, dose 1/2 what you are. Plus, you COULD be pumping un-saturated kalk in the tank. That happened to me last week and it caused a murky tank :(.

I suggest also changing some water. Maybe 20% a week until it all clears up.

The parametres are written in my first post up. I have been dosing kalk for 8 months, the same drip with no problem so why should I think that something is wrong with it just now? Guess no it's not kalk.

Could it be a bacteria bloom because of the sugar? Don't really know that's why I am asking. ;-)

The fish look not stressed at all but the corals yes and I am afraid for them. Also not all of them but many of them look stressed. Tomorrow I will some carbon and see what happens, but I need to find what and why my tank is remaining cloudy ? What is the cause?

Could it be a sort of die OFF that is causing this ?!
