Anderson Family Reef - 1200 Gallon System

Dave, Very Nice Project, I love the DYI work!

Reflecting on years ago when the kids helped feed the fish...glad they are older now so I do not have impromptu feedings...of 16 oz. at a time. Lost everything except Dori that time...she laid on her side for 3 days in the Q. The event pushed me into a built in the wall with fish room project though...always look for the silver lining they say....

Your thread is great, thanks for your devotion to the Hobby and Hobbyist
Just bringing my 210 back online after sitting for years, and your log of your build has given me some good ideas.

yanno the golden rule (ok it's a rule I just made up) is when your frags start growing onto the frag rack and taking the shape of the frag rack you need to move the frags ;)

Thank you!

That's a ton of food in the tank at one time! My next build will be like yours with the fish room and a locking door! I'll also build out the stand and canopy to be fully enclosed!

Thanks for the kind words regarding my build! Please let me know if you have any questions! Happy to help in any way I can! Good luck with your 210! I love that size tank!

Now this is a good golden rule! If I wasn't soo busy I would do something about those corals that have grown onto the rack! Maybe I can get to it this weekend!
:bounce1:

Thanks for the good advice!
