Anemone Activity

My anemone is going into his column at least once a day. This does not seem normal to me, but I could be wrong. All water parameters are in the normal range. It is a Condy Anemone. Any thoughts?

My tank is a 55 gallon tank. SG-1.026, PH-8.2, Phos-1ppm, Nitrate 10ppm, calcium-400, temp 78

Large water changes are done monthly and small water changes done weekly.
