anemone behaviour suggests something?

does anemone shrinking balling up for more than a day, and cleaner shrimps molting suggest a sudden bad water condition?

also, i have fishes dying as if gasping for air.. how do i increase the level of oxygen in the water?
i have bubbles diffuser and water flow from my filter with a fan blowing on top to bring down the temp.

How high is the temp? What are your other water parameters?

temp is about 27 degrees celsius.. not so sure abt my parameters..

I would start testing your parameters.

something certainly sounds amiss in your tank. It's impossible to try to help without knowing more about what's going on.

How long has the tank been set up? When did all of this start happening?

is all of this happening in a 15 gallon aquarium?

yes its a 54L, 15G tank.
