Anemone damage by power head

One of my favorite anemone got caught in my power head last week. I turned of the power head and let the anemone get out by him self. Now he's healed up a bit but I wanted to know if it was ok to started feeding him? I have it in a basket on the side of my tank, the whole tank is under a 16k 120w razor.

If it lost a chunk of the mouth, I would not feed it for at least a week. You gotta let the mouth heal or it could get infected.

I see, I'll give it another week to heal or wait until I can see its mouth healed. When it is better would you recommend I soak the food in anything to help the anemone heal.

I personally have had great success regarding anemone recoveries with PE Mysis, and soaking foods in Selcon is always a good idea, but I never do it so that's up to you.

Btw I just switch LEDs from aimaol to a new razor 120w 16k. Now since the anemone is kind of bleached I'm not sure if he needs intense lighting or should I lower the setting. On my sol I had it at a max or 80 and on my razor I'm having it at a max or 65white and 85blue.
