Well looks about the same going off those pics, but hard to tell under actinic lighting and make up something in the form of a tripod and set your ISO higher or something for more clear shots so we can actually see what's going on.

It usually looks good in the morning. At night it look cruddy!

Maybe it's not healthy enough to deal w/ light, try shading it somehow maybe to see if that makes a difference.

I hope it does better for you. From the very first picture it doesn't look like it came in healthy from LFS based on the color of its foot and oral disc. May be give Cipro treatment a try.
