Anemone healing capabilities?

My LTA got sucked into a power head, just over half of it is left. It is torn near the mouth, part of the foot is gone and it is not a nice smooth cut, it is rough tear.
It is still alive 36 hours later. What are the chances of survival and how long will it take to heal to the point that it's not closed up and hiding all the time?

I tried to move one and part of the foot came off. and another is growing where the foot part was left. then another got crunch by the power head and did not make it. is a thing of luck. hope yours will make it, good luck.

With an LTA (( M. doreensis )), damage to the foot is never good, and to be honest, I would be surprised if it makes a recovery. However, I wouldn't give up hope, just keep a close eye on it.

If it would have been the tentacles and parts of the oral disc, the chances of recovery are good (( if given the proper conditions )). I had one go into a SIEO, it looked like this after it freed itself,
