Anemone Help

I've had a pink bubble tip anemone for about four months now, but for the past few weeks, I have rarely seen the tentacles out. It is moving around the tank a lot but I only see the base of it and a little bit of the opening where the mouth is.

What do I need to do to make him come out?

Pink? That sounds like a bleaching rose BTA to me.

What you are describing is an unhappy anemone. What are your current water parameters ( with numbers )
What size tank?
What are the lights?

Last time I checked (Thursday night), they were as follows:

PH: 8.2
KH: 11
NO2: .3
NH3+NH4: 0
PO4: .25
CA2: 420
NO3: 15

And my tank is 29 gallons for now and I have 130 W PC lights.
