Anemone in shock?

I was looking into my tank with a flashlight at night and I went over my BTA with the beam I light (it was open) and it opened up all the way and then closed all within a matter of like 2 seconds, it was the fasted I've ever seen it move and I'm just wondering if I put it in shock or something? And is that bad?

You probably did shock it.

Running a flashlight through your tank at night is a bad idea. @.@ You will always surprise things.
