Anemone in Trouble

I have a newly identified BTA that is looking like it is in trouble. I just added some topoff water to the tank, which I have to because I have no sump. I also added with it a dose of melafix. What can I do to help. What looks to be wrong? He has deflated since the pics were taken but the mouth is still that big.

I tested the water yesterday and all the tests came back great with the exception of nitrate which was 10ppm. The SG is 1.0245 and everything else in the tank looks healthy. The temp is 80deg which is normal for me here in TX in the summer. Please help.

It looks like it was a reaction to the change in salinity just after the topoff was added. It is back to normal now. I was just worried about it.

Swelling of the mouth like that is often a feeding response. I've never used melafix, but perhaps the anemone was reacting to the melafix in the water?

I have been using it since Saturday and this is the first time it was like that. The anemone is back to normal now and looking great.
