Anemone infection?

I've had this BTA for nearly two years now. It has developed what looks like a brown infection stretching from its mouth straight out to the outer edge of its body. The streak seems to split the animal exactly in half.

It has lost most of its color and decreased to half its normal size.

All parameters check out fine. My fish and sps/lps are thriving.

I have not introduced any new foods or additives. I've not recently changed lighting.

I first noticed a problem 2 weeks ago.

For now, i'm running carbon and doing small weekly water changes.

I've attempted to post a pic of it, If you look close you can see the streak running down the middle of the anemone.

Does anybody have any experience or suggestions for this type of thing?

Thanks

Well, it's obvious that your anemone is bleached. Is it possible that the brown streak was always there, but you didn't notice it until the bleaching event?

Any number of environmental stressors can cause a bleaching event. What's your temp looked like lately?

I know you say all your levels are normal, but what, exactly, are you measuring, and what are the actual numbers?
