Anemone is deflated and hanging upside down....

Hi All

I'm looking for some help please.

I got an anemone about 4 months ago. My tank was exactly a year old when I put it in. About a month ago we moved house, in this time it seemed ok with everything and standing up right looking like it should. Now in the last 48 hours it's deflated and just moves with the current. It's now just looking lifeless but still has some colour.

I will work out how to attach pics to the thread now....if anyone can give some advice it would be appreciated.

Can we get a picture?

It sounds like it has passed on to the other side, but without seeing it, it is hard to say. Does it have any smell?

Is it still attached to a rock?

What are your tank parameters?

looks like it may be trying to move, but I agree with the other guy, need params to rule out possible other reasons of stress for it to deflate... Normally when they move they blow up, but ive seen some stretch and stick, stretch and stick

Mine does this all the time they deflate when expelling waste. Your does seem to have lost some color though. When they die I hear the smell is awful also I heard If it's still attached to the rock then its at least alive. Check your water though and also your lights.

Have you fed it? When was the last time it ate? Feed it a chunk of silversides once a week.
