Anemone Is Hosting Many Things

So here's something weird. I have some un'ID'd anemone in my tank. At first, there was a big mean female percula in it. She died about a month and a half ago. Right after she died, my cleaner shrimp and banggai cardinal started hanging around it. Now, the cardinal won't leave the area around the anemone and will even sometimes swim in it. The shrimp also will walk across it sometimes and hang in that area often too. I've heard of banggais sometimes doing this, but ever shrimp?

banggais tend to do this quite often i have read several threads about it, just because minde started doing this with my frogspawn, he wont leave it i thought it was weird. Come to find out its quite normal!

One of my Banggais hosted my torch coral. Seems to be a normal thing with cardinals

Here we go. The shrimp has been hanging around less after the clown came, but still I find him where he is in the pic at least a few minutes daily. And there's some pics of the anemone under question.

Ik, pretty cool. Got him almost three years ago. He was only 3". I would say if he stretched out now, he would be almost 10". And he was only 10$. He was sold as a "rock anemone." Not sure if that was supposed to mean Epicystis crucifer (which it isn't) or something else.

The closest ID I could ever find was a striped LTA. The only thing is that they tentacles of the few pictured are always very short, where as mine are all mostly 4"-6". Maybe an interesting morph?

I second the striped LTA. I had one that was more brown than that in the past, but it could just be your lighting that is giving it the more blue appearance. I was new to SW then and it didn't make it yours looks great though!

My blennies did that in the 240. They have such a thick slime coat that I don't think they trigger the nematocysts.

Now that my clown has started sleeping in the nem, she runs the blenny off lol
