anemone is not getting any bigger

i had a red bubble tip anemone and i had it under 2 250 watt metal halides on my 75 gallon tank and it was looking great now my metal halide system broke and i bought a new LED fixture the ecotech marine radion generation 2 and its not growing at all just staying very small but not dieing ether also it isnt moving up to get more light its just staying put i dont get it i was told the radion was enough light for it what should i do?

Maybe you shocked the bta when you switched lights. Did you put the radion in acclimation mode? And are you feeding your bta? If so what? How old is your tank?

no i didnt acclimate it and its 2 small to feed it i tried and it didnt eat i use to feed it silversides and some other cube foods and it was huge and wouldnt stop growing with the mh lights the water perimeters are all good and iv had the tank up almost 5 and a half years

if it was shocked what do i do now?

Wait it out it will bounce back or lower intensity of your lights. Or increase intensity I could almost go anyway. Maybe the radion is set too high intensity or was 2 liw compared to the m.h. tjime will tell. Go get some krill from lfs and try that. Are the tenticles sticky?

its like an inch right now i dropped some krill pellets on it and its getting smaller now

its been the same size for like a month now
