Anemone problems

Last day before flushing I'm afraid. 10days of water changes and meds are more than enough to fully recover I think. There's no point in high hopes after 10days no?!

I've got a propagated Magnifica (obviously two now) that I've been nursing like babies for quite a awhile. It's been a tough battle. Not sure how long, I would have to look at thread date, but sure it's been over two weeks.

Don't give up. If you are tired of WC's daily, go to every two days and sometimes you can get by with every three depending on tank size, flow, how sick, etc.

I just went almost 3 days on a couple I've got in QT now, and they tolerated well. Kept dosing daily of course.

Your mag, I would keep going, like bobbravo2 said, there's no risk in losing anything, so give it the benefit. Don't give up on the mag, even if it takes longer than 10 days. Until it smells and falls apart, not much to lose, other than some salt, water, and time. It really does look like it would recover. I wouldn't give up on it. Reefaholic can help you, he's got mag fever.

For your carpet, if it's haddoni, it should look like this. This guy knows what he's doing.

One of the most beautiful haddoni's I've seen. All his have looked great. Big difference in someone keeping an anemone alive, and someone who knows how to make them thrive.

Don't give up!!!! :)

My blue gigs I posted above, took over 6 months to stabilize. some of these difficult species can be fickle. Don't give up!

Yes, please give it more than 10 days!

Look...check out these mags I was able to help and are all still alive now.

They are all still alive and I can show you the after pictures too.

Just let me know and I'll post them.

:-) ok I will keep on looking after it. I will not trash it before you tell me to do so. :-) I will keep up with water changes and meds. You guys re gave me some hope. I seriously was thinking of giving up.
What about my carpet gig/haddoni more the latter one but as I'm not 100% sure...

Can't right now, it has its leg inserted in between rocks and the underside isn't visible from anywhere! I will have to completely remove it from its current place and hope the rock it's attached to is a small and movable one!

Looks like a haddoni to me. They like to bury their foot in the sand bed. Here you can see mine that it is in the sand bed. Does your foot looks the same as mine?
