new to the hobby but find anemones very interesting, i just want to know how hard it is to keep one, any suggestions on what kind...i was thinking a BTA, and any advice from people who are well into keeping anemones

Nems should be in a well established tank(6mo min is a general rule) and need good lighting.
BTA's are a good starter and require less light compared to others.

Here's a good link to read. This is what I read when I was first getting into anemones and I remember it helped me understand a lot about anemones. However the real knowledge I have about them all comes through experience. I definately recommend researching as much as you can before you buy your first. I started with a Condy anemone and I had trouble with it. That's suppose to be one of the most forgiving anemones out there.

Anyways here's the link: http://www.carlosreef.com/AnemoneFAQ.pdf
