Anemone twisting

It's 2 days in a row that I notice my nem has a twist right above its foot. I untwisted it both times but I don't want to keep stressing it everyday. It has been in the same spot for a few weeks and I've never noticed it doing this before. Would it be bad for the nem of I just let it be with the twist above its foot?

When I had my LTA and Crispa bookended in my tank years ago I would get way more twists than that, and I'd spin them around from time to time.
It never hurt them but I did not leave them like that, but I'd easily have 10 or more twists in my crispa.
Try adjusting your flow a little, maybe it will stop

I've seen one on youtube in a timelapse a while back, it actually moved its foot around to correct it. pretty neat
